有一陣子沒煮這麼多道菜的晚餐,還好吃菜永遠比吃肉多很多。
今晚主菜:小蕃茄根蔬迷迭香烤雞腿,搭配烤地瓜、蒜炒美國甘藍、和甜椒生菜沙拉佐混合香草油醋。Haven't cooked such a big dinner for a while. Still, veggies outweigh the meat. Menu tonight: Roasted chicken thighs with cherry tomatoes, onion, and rainbow carrot; roasted sweet potato; garlic-sauteed kale; and bell pepper, feta, and red leave salad with mixed herb vinaigrette.
